Introduction
MUDA Agent is a community that brings together collective power, connects and equips systemic leaders from the public, business and civil society sectors committed to changing the rules of the game for a fair and regenerative economy.
Through immersive journeys, the initiative empowers leaders who are already involved in transformation of the economic system, strengthening the systemic vision and new ways of perceiving themselves and the world to co-create effective solutions committed to scalability of the impact generated.
Based on that, MUDA's Agent vision is to form a community of joint practices that will be able to innovate and scale solutions capable of truly facing the biggest challenges facing society and the planet.

The calling
Sense-Lab was invited to support the initiative of building a journey of investigation into new organizational, social and political models, for those who wish to become an active agent in the transition to an equitable and regenerative society today, building concrete forms of collaboration and scalable solutions.
The immersion co-facilitated by Sense-Lab aimed to co-create a practice community of systemic leaders, from the public, business and civil society sectors committed to change the rules of the game towards a more equitable and regenerative economy.
The design of the program was carefully planned between partner organizations: Din4amo, Sense-Lab, UpLab and Diaspora.Black, aiming to provide a comprehensive and enriching preparation journey.

Results
We helped in the realization of two immersions of the MUDA Agent practice community, where topics such as systemic changes, new economies, regeneration and decoloniality were debated and the meaning of living in community provided a unique place for the involvement of these leaders with the topics mentioned above.
The program featured the participation of incredibly talented and diverse leaders. The exchange of experiences and knowledge between the participants was fundamental to enriching the immersion.
Days after the immersions, we were already able to see that a positive and collaborative scenario emerged between the leaders. Trusting relationships were established, characterized by in-depth sharing about personal issues and challenges. There was an active search for genuine connections and partnerships, with many participants expressing surprise and gratitude at the intensity of support and genuine interest in their activities.
This atmosphere generated a strong sense of belonging, creating an environment conducive to professional and personal development and highlighting the importance of collaborative and mutually supportive communities.
