Theory of Change and Strategic Planning for B Lab's global network
Development of a Theory of Change and strategic planning for the global network of the B Lab, which seeks to change the global economic system and the role of companies in it. One of its main products is the certification of B Companies. The participatory process and cooperation -construction took place through dozens of workshops with members from 7 regions and more than 50 countries, in addition to consultations with hundreds of stakeholders, over more than 6 months of work.
